What do I need to bring to the auction?

Completion Dates

You will ususally have 28 days to complete your auction purchase, however, we strongly advise you to check the Special Conditions contained within the Legal Pack as some lots may have a shorter or longer timeframe. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY CLEARED DEPOSITS (DEBIT CARD) ARE ACCEPTABLE ON LOTS WITH 14 DAY COMPLETION DATES- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.

What will I need to pay on the day?

If you are the successful bidder you will need to pay a 10% deposit (subject to a minimum &3,000) and our Administration Fee which is 0.5%+VAT (subject to a minimum &500+VAT). Some lots may also have additional Buyer's Premiums, these will be clearly displayed on the property's catalogue page and on our website. Please check whether or not the lot you are interested in has a Buyer's Premium before bidding.

Venue

The auction will take place at Liverpool Town Hall, High Street, Liverpool, L2 3SW. There are numerous parking facilities within walking distance and the nearest rail station is Moorfields which is less than 5 minutes from the Town Hall.
